This year, we wanted to do something different. Rather than the usual leaflets and laptop demos, we created an AI-powered mind reading experience that stopped people in their tracks.
The concept was simple but powerful: an interactive demonstration that blended technology, psychology and a touch of mystery to show just how transformative data-driven personalisation can be. Visitors would experience firsthand what happens when you truly understand customer behaviour and can predict their next move.
The response? Incredible.

At any major industry event, standing out is a challenge. Everyone's competing for attention, and attendees are often overwhelmed with information. But our AI mind reading experience cut through the noise in a way we hadn't anticipated.
